- Description:
- Miss Hogan maintained this scrapbook in a diary format. The volume contains souvenirs, correspondence, photographs, and other mementos related primarily to events in Miss Hogan’s life during her last two years at Atlanta Normal School (1926-27). She kept ticket stubs from Georgia Tech football games and from performances of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. There are photographs of Camp Juliette Low, a training school for Girl Scout Officers in Cloudland, Georgia. The scrapbook contains correspondence and personal items Miss Hogan received from her friend Robert (Bob) Harris. Sketches and poetry by Miss Hogan, as well as pictures and articles cut out of magazines and newspapers that relate to particular events, are also included. (The scrapbook is in fragile condition; therefore, some loose materials were placed in folders.)
