- Silent, color moving image footage shot in Thomasville, Georgia that begins with scenes around town that include signs for the Georgia State Farmers Market, highway signs to nearby towns, and the chamber of commerce. There is a banner for the Rose Festival, dated Friday, April 24, and a welcome banner for the Rose Festival. These scenes are followed by shots of more signs: for the Commercial Bank, the Times-Enterprise, WCTV, the facade of the Municipal Building, a Thomasville water tower, and more highway signs to nearby towns. Next are shots of a parade (presumably the Parade of Roses), a ceremony for several pageant queens, followed by more scenes from the parade, which includes marching bands, floats representing local organizations, and vehicles carrying dignitaries and pageant queens.
