- A black and white photograph of Peter Early Love. He began practicing law while living in Thomasville, Georgia. Love becamse solicitor general for the south district of Georgia in 1842. He was elected to the Georgia Senate in 1849. In 1858 he became the Democratic representative for Georgia's 1st congressional district in the House of Representativies for the 36th Congress. In 1861 Love was elected to the Georgia House of Representativies.
