- Description:
- Undated notes written by Hazel Beamer Cutler (1901-1980), probably written between 1920 and 1935. The notes appear to have been written at random, and about unrelated topics. One of the more extensive notes tells someone that they looked terrible; another describes a woman finding pleasure in how much "dirt came off with the cold cream." There are comments about someone arrested for speeding at 48 miles per hour, the beautiful scenery in Vermont, a good-looking new preacher, impressions of a ball game, notes about telling "the right fib to the wrong person," and a "cold New England bedroom."
