- Description:
- Letter from Hazel Beamer (before she took her married surname of Cutler, and who lived from 1901-1980) to her aunt Sara "Sallie" Baker (1862-1953). The undated letter describes performing four shows a day at the Rivoli Theatre for one week, for which she has been rehearsing, and having costume alterations made. Beamer wishes that her family in Thomasville could see her perform. She thanks Baker for writing to her about her travels, expresses regret about a recent injury of Baker's and reports news about friends she plans to meet in New York.
