- Description:
- Acrylic painting by Rodney White.
White was born in Augusta, Georgia and now lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. He is a self-taught painter who replicates the natural aging and deterioration of the signs and advertising that are a constant feature of the urban environment. White uses his own poetry and the spontaneous poetry of conversation to transform these often overlooked markers into daily affirmations for life in the contemporary world.
