- Description:
- Oil painting by Michael Scoffield.
Scoffield is a protege of artist Larry Walker, and is an Atlanta-based abstract painter. His style is constantly evolving and reflects his inquisitiveness and his quest for the mastery of the formal elements of painting. His work generally explores the nature of space, compartmentalization, and a host of ideas surrounding contemporary living areas. He has named this state of unending change in metropolitan spaces "urban chrysaliosis."
