- Whitlow Wyatt, pitching coach of the Atlanta Braves (1966-67), was a former star pitcher for New York's Brooklyn Dodgers and manager of the Atlanta Crackers.
Photograph of baseball player and coach Whitlow Wyatt. He wears an Atlanta Braves uniform and faces slightly right. Wyatt, a native of Kensington, Georgia, was one of the best pitchers in the National League from 1939 to 1943, compiling a record of seventy-eight wins and thirty-nine losses.
