- Description:
- Sheila Pree Bright is a 2014-2015 Working Artist Project award winner. She has probed American culture through her incisive use of portrait photography in both gallery and public settings. This exhibition celebrated a generation of leaders from Atlanta and elsewhere in the American south who became the catalyst for social change in the early 1960s. The exhibition was curated by Siri Engberg and the catalog includes essays by Deborah Willis, Likisha Griffin and Keif Schleifer, with photography by Sheila Pree Bright.
