- Photograph taken for school improvements sought. In the early 1950s Hall Countians realized the need for improving the educational system in the county. The State of Georgia was promoting school consolidation as a means of improving the delivery of education. This photo was a part of a campaign in the county to call public attention to the conditions that existed in the county schools. The photo paints a picture of outdated and inadequate facilities for learning.
