- Dixon-Simmons-Brice-Martin home, located at 305 Boulevard. Photograph taken of the Dixon-Simmons-Brice-Martin Home, located at 305 Boulevard. The House was built between 1903 and 1906 by Dr. E.E. Dixon. The house has eleven stained glass windows. A storm shelter was built in the house because of the 1903 Tornado (often called the 1903 Cyclone).
