- Gainesville Poultry Festival, 1950s. A Poultry Festival parade in the 1950s. The float is on Broad Steet which ran between the Hall County Courthouse and City Hall. Broad Street is now closed to traffic. The scene shows buildings on the block facing South Bradford Street. Buildings were later torn down for the construction of the Georgia Mountains Center.
