- Dixie Hunt Hotel, 1950s. Photograph taken of the Dixie Hunt Hotel in the 1950s. The hotel was built in 1882 and was first known as the Arlington Hotel. The Tornado of April 6, 1936 caused much damage to the top floors of the hotel. The hotel was restored and modernized. The building is now used as office space.
