- City's first steamer (automobile). Photograph taken of the City's first steamer. The great grand-daughters of the late W. H. Summer, of Gainesville Jeweler. Left to right: Happy Garner, Joyce Ledford, Joan Garner and Jane Ledford sitting on the automobile owned by Summer in the early 1900s, which was the first "Steamer" car bought by a Hall County man. The car was given to the Hall County salvage committee.
