- The construction of Green Hunter Homes. Photograph taken in the 1950's of the Green Hunter Homes projects on Atlanta Street in Gainesville, Georgia. They were constructed in the early 1950's and were named for Rev. Green Hunter, a pioneering minister in Hall County. Included in the projects was a community building which served as a daycare center from 1952-1978. The daycare facility was sponsored by the Gainesville Junior Service League.
