- In this recording, executive members of the Georgia Nurses' Association hold a general board meeting. At this meeting, they welcome new board members, approve minutes, and hear reports from committee chairs. They discuss detailed changes to the bylaws, the budget, and the organizations position on legislative reccommendations for the continuing education of nurses'. A proposal to provide honorary membership to the fifth district is approved unanimously. The executive board is informed that the GNA's fifth district is supporting the Atlanta school nurses' with their efforts to organize and clarify their professional classification to the Board of Education. This recording includes both sides of one reel.
