In this interview, Del Hamilton talks about his childhood, his family, and his experiences growing up. Hamilton received his Masters in Fine Arts at the University of Georgia, and focused on drama and theater. He began teaching theater in schools and universities. From 1975 to 1978 Hamilton formed a performing group called the Theatrical Outfit. The Outfit later split and gave transition to the formation of 7 Stages in 1978 with Faye Allen.
