- This is a letter from Jerry W. Evans, chairman of the Economic Restructuring Committee, and Dixie M. McGurn, Mayor of Folkston and the project manager, to Sam Collier. They are inviting Mr. Collier to a meeting of the Economic Restructuring Committee of the Better Hometown Program on June 15, 1999. The meeting is to finalize members on the Steering Committee and to appoint the board of directors for a 501(c)(3) corporation that will be assisting the Better Hometown Program.
