- Summary report of the Grady Cluster Immunization Initiative. The Immunization walk-through took place on April 17, 1994 in the Grady Cluster. The volunteers of the project canvassed the neighborhoods to identify children under six who needed immunization. This is the first part of the summary report which contains: The Overview, The Plan, TAP Information, Cluster Maps, Cluster Handouts.
