- Description on Verso: "Striking the first blow for City Hall addition: Demolition began Wednesday on the former Atlanta Board of Education building, the site of a new City Hall annex. Ron Price (standing) helps Mayor Andrew Young (at the controls) strike the first blow to the building at 224 Central Ave. Completion of the new 305,000- square-foot wing is expected in January of 1989."
