- Description on verso: "Hurry up time: Can this arena advance from its present skeletal form to a finished 17,000-seat coliseum in 10 months? The new Atlanta hockey franchise certainly hopes so. The National Hockey League has told the franchise owners that the arena must be ready by the season opener next October or within a week or two thereafter. To help meet that deadline, the Atlanta Stadium Authority Tuesday allocated an additional $100,000 for overtime pay for workers on the coliseum."
