Perry and other supporters of the project, who call themselves residents of the old Fourth Ward, let their support to the road during the ceremonies. Meanwhile, Judge Howard Johnson dismissed charges of criminal trespass against Danny Feig, Guyton Thompson, Mike Ratel and John Michael-- all members of an anti-parkway neighborhood arrested on Jan. 29"
