- Description on verso: "Ten-year-old Rakia Reeves works on a spanish toreador on the fence painting Thursday. Reeves, from McGill Elementary, along with 10 other Atlanta area public schools, are joining forces for the second time to participate in the Olympic Stadium fence painting project. They will paint 200 panels of fence surrounding the Olympic Stadium construction site. This panel is along Capitol Avenue."
