- Description on verso: "Taking shape: Pedro Mendieta works Wednesday on one of the Olympic Village structures going up on the corner of Techwood Drive and North Avenue. The $75 million project is scheduled to be completed in the first few months of 1996 and will house about 4,000 Olympic athletes. After the games, the building will become the first dormitory for Georgia State University students. It will be called University Apartments, with room for 2,000 students. Each apartment will feature a kitchen, dining room and washer-dryer - posh for a dorm."
