- Description on verso: "A portion of the crowd that jammed the newly rebuilt Auditorium to the rafter is shown Tuesday night during the address by Joseph C. Grew, former ambassador to Japan. The address climaxed a dedication program for the new fron portion of the building, completed only a few hours before at a cost of more than $300,000. Mr. Grew told the crowd Japan was determined to conquer the United States 'if it take 100 years.'"
