- Description on verso: "Proposed addition to Municipal Auditorium - Architect's drawing of the Municipal Auditorium shows how the building will look when the $400,000 addition is constructed. The City Council already has appropriated $12,500 for planning. Robert & Co. received the contract, according to Alderman Raleigh Drennan, chairman of Municipal Buildings and Grounds and Athletics Committee. Proposed addition (dotted line) on the present site of the Serviemen's Center will have 120-foot frontage and be 250 feet long. It will have exhibit and convention halls, floor space for dancing and sports. The Servicemen's Center will be torn down."
