Pryor Street is shown across the top of this photo, while Peachtree Street is at the bottom. Auburn Avenue eventually becomes Luckie Street in downtown Atlanta. The excavation in the center is the former site of Auburn Avenue, which was closed to enable enlargement of the popular park."
