- Description on Verso: " Five year old George Higginbottom beams at Fulton County Sheriff's deputy Kim Dowda who delivered presents to kids in Carver Homes, for Santa. The children who recieved gifts had written letters to Santa at school, who in turn delivered them thru the Angel program via volunteersfrom the post office, police and sheriff's dept. George's mother Patricia, and brother and sister peer thru the door."
