- Description:
- Description on Verso: "It was standing room only Tuesday Night at the DeKalb County Courthouse. The crowds were so large for the County Commission meeting that these interested in the results of the meeting had to wait outside the meeting room and watch on closed circuit TV. The reason for the large turnout was due to the rezoning request of the Lake Hearn Community to commercial so the property owners could see out to developers. This is one of the first in the county where a residential community has come together to sell their land as one parcel."
