- Description on Verso: "Martha Patterson (left) and her husband Bob (right with hat) discuss what they learned after attending a meeting at the North Fulton Annex with the Fulton County planning commission where some 300 residents showed their opposition to a proposal that the Buckhead international and the Chattanooga-based Fletcher Bright Co. gace wanting rezoning to accommodate a residential and office complex. The Pattersons feel that property values will go down as well as the increase in traffic etc. Mr. Patterson brought along his tape recorder because of what he says of the soy one thing and then they say another type of dialogue they've experienced."
