- Description on Verso: "This is the view looking North along Roberts Drive. The drive on the left goes to a house with the address of 8240 Roberts Dr. The property, according to the detailed map provided with the assignment card, lies on the left of the road and to the north of the house. The perosn at the house merely is a tennant at will and didn't know anything about property of developments. Sunnybrook drive is to my back about 150 feet down the road going from the right to left. The house on the left is the first house coming south on Roberts Dr." Also on verso: "Roberts Drive: Developers want tract rezond for office tower."
