- Description on verso: "NEW TRAFFIC ARTERY. Looking from the South Expressway (Highways), the arrow indicates the new traffic artery that was opened Friday, 2 p.m., leading to the eastbound lanes of the East Expressway, Interstate 20. Prior to the opening of this connector, traffic was routed from the South Expressway, up Clark Street and across Capitol Avenue, then to the East Expressway. Note the white cloths over sign at extreme right, indicating this connector not open to drivers yet."
