- Description:
- Description on verso: "NEW LANE COMING, Have you noticed the construction work going on beside the Northeast expressway? It's a project which will widen the expressway by one lane from the Brookwood interchange south to 14th street. Tractors now are tearing into the dirt and rock, making the ground level before paving. The project had not interfered with traffic--- so far. The picture at left looks to the north; the shot at the right looks south, toward downtown."
