- Description on verso: "EXPRESSWAY DISPOSSESSES WHOLE BLOCK OF HOUSES--- This apartment house in Capitol Homes is being moved all in one piece to it's new location south of Woodward avenue and east of Frazier street. This picture was made facing south down Frazier Street, along which the building will be moved. The move will require crossing Memorial Drive and Woodward avenue. The move will be for more than two blocks."
