- Description on verso: " Initial grading has begun on the six-laning of Interstate 85 in DeKalb and Gwinnett counties, a project that will cost $14.4 million. Eleven miles of the highway from the intersection with Interstate 285 northeast to Lawrenceville connector, GA 316, will be widened. Workers will pave the existing grass median strip to provide two more lanes, and a concrete "safety-shaped median barrier" will be built. The State Transportation Department said the worker is to be completed next summer."
