- Part of the Bureau of Planning Housing Enterprise Zoning Program. This map depicts the sixteen housing zones that have been approved since 1986. Six zones are located downtown, in the vicinity of the Civic Center (in the Bedford Pine Redevelopment Area). The other ten zones are spread south and west of downtown. The map depicts the following housing enterprise zones with eligible census tracts: McGill Place, McGill Park, Cityscape, Renaissance Park II, North Grant Park I, Clark Atlanta University, Peeples Street, Four Oaks, North Grant Park I, Post Renaissance I, Post Renaissance II, Grant Park Apartments, Welcome House, Vine City (Northside Plaza Apts), West End, and Parcel 25.
