- Description on verso: "Ten public housing tenants with serious medical problems or who have been threatened by neighbors and fear for their lives were forced to sue the Atlanta Housing Authority to make them adhere to their own regulations and transfer them to other apartments. A judge ordered AHA to move these tenants within 60 days because conditions were so bad." "Sylvia Peterson looks up at graffiti sprayed on the walls outside her apartment while a pile of debris occupies the corner (REAR). She is one of several apartment dwellers that have to resort to legal action against the AHA because of their living conditions." "Sylvia Peterson looks at the dilapidated walls outside her Techwood Homes apartment. Peterson and nine other women living in public housing around the city sued AHA."
