- Description on verso: "BRIDGING THE GAP, This is one of the 13 bridges under contract along the two-mile downtown connector of the Atlanta Expressway system. It is one of three directly involved in the relocation of Washington Street through the Capitol Avenue-Memorial drive interchange. The bridge will carry relocated Washington street across the westbound leg of the East-West Expressway, Interstate Route 20. It is 429 feet in length."
