- Description on verso: "Low income housing situations and how the city is not spending money to upgrade or create new housing. We are trying to show some of the poor conditions. These people said to check with neighbors too. Betty Jean Pryor of 616 Oliver St. NW apt. #3 washes chicken that she will have to cook at her next door neighbors apt. because of the fact that there is no gas hook-up in her unit. She has not been able to use her stove to cook her meals and has problems with her toilet, electricity and back door."
