- This 1975 NPU was prepared by the Department of Budget and Planning and aids residents in obtaining a better understanding of their neighborhood and understanding their neighborhood's future. The 1975 Comprehensive Development Plan wanted to expand resident access to government information and increase communication between residents and government. The maps in this collection contain detailed information regarding each Atlanta NPU. This map depicts public and private schools in NPU-Y.
