- This 1975 NPU was prepared by the Department of Budget and Planning and aids residents in obtaining a better understanding of their neighborhood and understanding their neighborhood's future. The 1975 Comprehensive Development Plan wanted to expand residents' access to government information and increase communication between residents and government. The maps in this collection contain detailed information regarding each Atlanta NPU. This map depicts official truck routes in NPU-W. The illustrated truck routes were set in 1955 to limit the amount of weight and total length of vehicles.
