- This map shows the three-and-one quarter square mile Buckhead Study Area. The Study Area does not include all of the land that many Atlantans conceive of as "Buckhead," instead, the boundaries were drawn specifically to include all of those areas of special interest to the study. Therefore, the Buckhead Business District is the focal point of the study Area and this map shows its existing land use. The legend contains commercial (retail, office); residential (single family, multi-family); and industrial and wholesale. The scale is in feet from 0 to 3200.
