- Description on Verso: "Fighting the Parkway, Jack Boozer addresses a meeting of CAUTION, a group opposed to construction of the Presidential Parkway through Atlanta's Great Park. During the regular bi-monthly meeting Wednesday, Boozer discussed Federal Highway Administration approval of the road. He said the group may consider legal action after studying the federal agency's environmental impact statement."
