- Description:
- Tania Sammons is a writer and curator. She has lived in Savannah, Georgia since 1993. Attending the Women's March in Washington DC was one of her first major political ventures.
In her interview, Tania Sammons describes growing up in Michigan, Virginia, and Kentucky. While much of her family has always been conservative, she considers herself liberal. In her interview she discusses the importance of her daughters, and how they were a large reason for her attending the Women's March on Washington in January 2017. She then describes the journey to the march, experiences at the march, and events following the march. She describes her feelings and political activities since the march ended. - Metadata URL:
