- Description:
- Image on card: Big Buddha, Samui Island, Thailand. Text of card: 15 Jan 96. We followed your instructions for Taipei and had a splendid 24 hours: the Palace Museum was more glory than one could digest, but tea at the Grand Hotel an easy delight. In Thailand we dwell on an ideal beach in a pretty garden hotel, surrounded by Germans & Italians. Fortunately the natives are pretty and adorable. Joel swims all day. I stare at the sea and ponder. We send much love to you. James.
