- Video recording of a meeting of the Cobb County Commission (probably held on January 25, 1994) to decide on a resolution changing the Cobb Community Relations Council from board whose members are independent volunteers to one selected by the Cobb County commissioners. The video begins with comments from the public, all of whom disagree with the proposal and plead to keep the council independent. The commissioners then respond to criticisms and vote by a five to zero margin to adopt the resolution.
