- One in a series of photographs of bank employees taken in 1955, this negative is marked "Jacquelin Akins" in pencil along the top edge. The Lane Brothers negative envelope (LBP001-085) is inscribed, "Fulton Nat. Bank, Personnel Dept., Thomas Landman, Betty Exime, Rose Tarnow, Jacquilin Akins [circled], Norma Taylor, Janette Lewis, Edward H. Luck, Katherine Pate." This is the only negative in the envelope. The negative is probably not of Akins, but probably of Geneva Edmiston. A closely cropped version of this exact same negative appeared in " Notes: The Annual Photo Issue, published and printed monthly by and for employees of the Fulton National Bank of Atlanta, Atlanta, Georgia" (December 16, 1955) with the caption, "Geneva Edmiston, Trust." A copy of this special issue featuring many photographs by the Lane Brothers is in the Lane Brothers Collection (LBDOCS28).
