- Racial tensions in the first part of this fictional account of a friendship between an African American man (Joe) and a Caucasian man (Jerry) who became friends in college. In this film Jerry becomes a realtor and sells Joe and his wife a home in a white neighborhood. the film ends after a racially violent incident is committed on Joes home.
