- In this recording Paul Christopher, AFL-CIO Region 8 Director for Tennessee and Kentucky, talks with William "Bill" Johnson, President of the Federal Labor Union local number 21754 in Knoxville, TN. They are addressing a complaint made by International Representative of the automakers union Charles Goodlin. Goodlin alleged that Johnson was drunk at a meeting called by the boilermakers and made them promises without addressing the voting members of the organization. Johnsons conduct is discussed on recording in preparation for a possible investigation.
