- Stevens Seaberg was born in Evanston, Illinois in 1930. He received his master’s in art and history at Northwestern University, and taught art at Rutgers University and Clark Atlanta University. Upon moving to Atlanta, Seaberg worked as a cartoonist and the culture editor for the Great Speckled Bird. He continues to be active in art as well as acrobatics.
In this interview, Stevens Seaberg shares stories from his time spent living in different places including Chicago, New York, Atlanta, and Europe. He focuses on his lifelong involvement with art (both creating and teaching), as well as his opinions on diversity and race relations. - Metadata URL:
